Important Dates

MHS IB Class of 2030 ​(Grade 8 Graduating Class of 2026)​

The Information Night for admissions to the 2026–2027 school year will be held on October 16, 2025, at 7:00 PM.

​​Application Notes:

• Students must live in​ York Region within Maple's IB catchment area at time of application. Please use YRDSB School Locator to check that you are in our catchment. 

• Be a student currently in Grade 8.

Registration Notes:

The York Region District School Board IB Programme application is completed centrally for all York Region IB Schools through the EDSBY platform. The central application is for offerings at Alexander Mackenzie High School, Bayview Secondary School, Dr. G.W. Williams Secondary School, Maple High School, and Milliken Mills High School. 

During the application process, the YRDSB IB School serving your home address will be identified.

Regrettably, we are not able to consider applicants who live outside of Maple High School's IB boundaries. 

Application Process

Please be sure to complete the application during the application window. We are not able to accept late applications.

​We do not recommend any special preparation or study for the admissions assessment.

Be advised individual results/standings will not be released. Submitting an application indicates that you understand and will adhere.
